摘要
用 ̄(51)Cr标记细胞株的方法,研究了白细胞介素6(IL-6)及粒-巨噬系集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)对人多发性骨髓瘤(MM)细胞株(U266、XG-7)、EB病毒阳性细胞株(Daudi)和内皮细胞间粘附的调控作用,观察了粘附作用对XG-7细胞表面粘附分子表达的影响。结果表明:①IL-6及其受体(IL-6R)gp130相关性生长因子GM-CSF不仅是人MM细胞体内、外的生长因子,而且可以提高MM细胞-内皮细胞间的粘附能力,有助于MM细胞的扩散;②粘附作用亦能引起肿瘤细胞XG-7表面CD_(11a)、CD_(54)、CD_(44)、CD_(49d)表达的异常改变;③CD_(49d)及其配体的相互作用可能参与了MM细胞与内皮细胞的粘附过程。
he regulating effects of IL-6 and GM-CSF onthe adhesive interaction between myeloma cell lines(U_(266), XG-7) IEBV ̄+ cell line(Daudi) and the endothe-lial cells were studied, and the effect of adhesive inter-action on the adhesive molecule expression of XG-7was also examined. The results showed that ① IL-6and IL-6R gp130 associated factors are not only thegrowth factors for myeloma cells, but also factors re-lated to the metastasis of the tumor cells. ② The ad-hesive interaction resulted in changes of adhesivemolecule (CD_(11a) , CD_(54) , CD_(44) and CD_(49d)) expression onXG-7 cells. ③ CD_(49d) may be one of the molecules in-volved in adhering process of U_(266)/XG-7 and endothe-lial cells.
