球周麻醉与人工晶体植入

Peribulbar anesthesia and intraocular lens implantation

我们对１４６例白内障囊外摘除及人工晶体植入的患者，采用球周麻醉。结果表明，球周麻醉可获得与球后麻醉同样甚至更好的镇痛及制动效果，并可减少或避免球后麻醉可能发生的严重并发症。介绍了麻醉的方法、作用原理和麻醉效果，并观察了麻醉前、后的眼压变化情况。认为球周麻醉１０分钟后进行手术是安全的。

We studied the effectiveness of peribulbar anesthesia in 146 patients undergoing cataract surgery and intraocular lens implantation.The results revealed that the analgesic and akinetic effects ob-tained from peribulbar anesthesia are the same as or even better than that obtained from retrobulbar anesthesia. In the mean time,the use of peribulbar injection can avoid or reduce the serious complica-tions associated with the retrobulbar injection.In this report,the method of peribulbar anesthesia was introduced and its mechanisms and effectiveness were discussed. The pre and post-anesthetic intraocu-lar pressures were especially observed and compared. It is safe to perform the operation 10 minutes after the administration of the peribulbar anesthesia.
