放射状角膜切开术后二年屈光的稳定性

Stability of refraction in post- operative two years of radial keratotomy

对放射状角膜切开术后２年中有连续随访的１２３例（２４５只眼）患者，进行屈光动态改变的观察及手术后屈光稳定性的研究。术前平均等效球镜屈光为－６．４７Ｄ，平均角膜屈光为４４．３２Ｄ。术后１周，１、３、６个月，１及２年等效球镜屈光平均各下降６．７７Ｄ、５．７４Ｄ、５．１４Ｄ、５．０９Ｄ、５．１４Ｄ及５．２７Ｄ，说明手术后１周近视下降幅度最大，３个月内近视明显回升，经统计学分析，术后１周与术后１及３个月比较，差异有非常显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）；６个月与２年变化很小，差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。

In order to study the stability of the refraction after radial keratotomy,we tcok123 cases(245)eyes who all had continuous follow- up records in two postoperative years to observe their dy-namic changes,The mean preoperative spherical equivalent refraction was -6.47D,and the mean ker-atometry was 44.32D. The mean spherical equivalent refraction which was reduced after the surgery atone week, one month,three months,six months,one year and two years was 6.77D,5.74D,.14D,5. 09D,5. 14D and 5.27D,respectively,The decrease of the spherical equivalent refraction in our cases showed that the maximum range of myopic drop was at one week after surgery, But the myopia obvious-ly rose again in the postoperative three months.Statistical analyses showed that the differences between one week and one month and between one week and three months after surgery were significant(P< 0. 01).There were little changes in the course of postoperative six months to two years, being not sig-nificant statistically(P>0. 05).
