丙烯腈接触女工的生殖流行病学调查

An Epidemiological Study on Reproductive Effects in Female Workers Exposed to Acrylonitrile

应用回顾性队列研究方法，对接触丙烯腈的女工４７７人和对照女工５２７人的生殖危害进行了流行病学调查。结果表明，丙烯腈接触女工的妊娠合并症恶阻、贫血，以及早产、新生儿出生缺陷的发生率明显高于对照组，并有统计学意义，经Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ回归分析再次表明，女工接触丙烯腈是导致早产和出生缺陷增加的危险因素，此外，孕期患病、服药、Ｘ线照射等也与早产发生率增加有关。

our hundred and seventy一seven female workers exposed to acrylonitrile and 527 controls were studied by retrospective cohort method. Results showed incidence rates of pernicious vomiting and ane-rnia, preterm delivery,and birth defects in exposed women were obviously higher than those in con-trols,with statistical significance. Logistic regression analysis revealed exposure to acrylonitrile in preg-nant workers caused increasing risk of preterm delivery dnd birth defects.In addition,illness,medicine taking and X-ray irradiatipn during pregnancy rehted to the increase of incidence of preterm delivery in exposed women.
