摘要
应用光镜和电镜观察家兔在高压电损伤后的心肌变化。结果发现心肌早期即有改变,呈动态演变过程。心肌酶谱活动与心肌病理变化相平行,心电图明显改变。实验结果证实高压电损伤后心肌可发生器质性损害。
The experiment was designed to study the condition of rabbit myocardi- um after 10000-Volt high tension electricity injury by using light and electron micro- scopes.Early change in myocardium was detected and it took a dynamic development. Also,the enzymogram of myocardium was found to be altered parallel with the patholog- ical alteration,apart from significant changes showed in electrocardiograms.The result of the study demonstrated that organic injury occurred in myocardium after high tension electricity injury.
