Clinical use of the C-shaped cross finger flap

半环形岛状皮瓣是以邻指一侧血管束为蒂的辅型皮瓣,根据血流方向可分为顺行和逆行两种方式,可用于多种类型的手指软组织缺损的修复。临床已应用12例,皮瓣全部成活。具有皮瓣切取面积大,手术操作简便,适用范围广等特点。文内就手术方法、优缺点、注意事项等进行了讨论。

The C-shaped cross finger flap is an axial flap based on the digital vascu- lar bundle either distally or proximally.We have successfully used this flap to repair dif- ferent defects of the finger in 12 cases.The flap can be made rather big and the operation is easy.The surgical technique and the advantages and disadvantages are described.
