三年以上生存期的胶质母细胞瘤临床分析

ANALYSIS OF THREE-YEAR SURVIVORS IN PATIENTS WITH GLIOBLASTOMA

作者对８０例手术治疗后的胶质母细胞瘤患者进行随访，其中９例生存期３年以上，占１１％，且有１例生存期６年。结合临床资料，将生存期３年以上病人与其它随访病人进行临床对比分析。结果提示，胶质母细胞瘤病人生存期较长者与下列因素有关：（１）手术切除肿瘤的范围，Ｐ＜０．０１。（２）直线加速放疗，剂量４０～６０Ｇｙ，Ｐ＜０．０５。（３）术后ＢＣＮＵ化疗，Ｐ＜０．０１。

AbstractIn eighty patients with glioblastomas surgically treated ,there were nine patients(11%)sur-vived for more than three years,and one of the 9 patients survived for six years. The contribut-ing factors responsible for the longteun survival are:(a) extensive removal of the tumo;(b) ra-dioterapy by linear accelarator(40～60Gy) after surgery;(c) post operative chemotherapy withBCNU.
