摘要
合理借鉴西方现代资本理论是资本范畴再认识的重要内容之一，但不能将实际操作规则的借鉴与经济理论研究的借鉴混同起来，不能将现代西方资本理论概念盲目奉为“国际规范”。对资本范畴再认识是要从理论上探索公有制与市场经济兼容的内在依据和实现机制，这种“再认识”，将成为使社会主义经济学得以脱胎换骨的良好契机。
Abstract It's one of important contents of the re-cognition of capital category to use western modern theory of capital for reference rationally,but it's impossible to confuse the reference of pratical operation regulation with the reference of research on economic theory and to worship the concept of western capital theory as 'International Standard' blindly. The re-cognition of capital category asks to probe the inherent basis and realization mechanism which include public ownership and market economy from theoretic aspect. The 'Re-cognition' will become a good turning point to make social economics thoroughly remold itself.
