单片机在精密机床油温控制系统中的应用

Study on the Application of Single Chip Micro-Computer in the Oil Temperature Control System of Precision Machine Tools

精密机床温度控制技术是实现精密加工技术的一项长远的基础性研究．用恒温油液喷淋机床是减小精密机床热变形、提高热稳定性和改善零件加工精度的途径．为了得到恒温油液，作者对机床油液恒温控制进行了研究，建立了用模糊控制器的单片机温度控制系统，其温控精度可达到±０．２℃．

The technology of machine tool temperature control is a long foundmental study which realizes precision machining technology. Using the constant temperature oil to shower machine tools is an effective way to decrease the thermal deform of precision machine tools and improve the machining accuracy of parts. In order to obtain the constant temperature oil, this author has studied the constant temperature control of precision machine tools and set up the single chip micro-computer temperature control system with fuzzy controller. The accuracy of temperature control is within ±0.2℃.
