摘要
采用熔铸法制备了石墨-铝硅复合材料。金相显微镜测试结果表明,用这种方法能将裸体石墨均匀地分布到铝-硅合金中;性能测试结果表明,石墨-铝硅复合材料的常温抗拉强度略低于铝硅合金基材,但高温抗拉强度高于基材;热膨胀系数、磨损量都小于基体材料。通过研究还发现,GMC-3复合材料在300℃时的强度高于在200℃时的强度,并具有较高的延伸率,是制造内燃机活塞的较理想材料。
The aluminium alloy composites containing graphite particles were prepared with meltcast technology.The MET shows that the graphite particles are distributed homogenously inthe aluminium alloy matrix in melting route, The results of property test show that the ten-sile strength of the aluminium-graphite composites is lower than that of ZL109 matrix at theroom-temperature,but the high-temperature tensile strength is higher than that of ZL109;thermal expansion coefficient and wearing value of the composite is lower than that of ZL109matrix.It is also found that the strength increases with the temperature increase for GMC-3composite.The composites have good duclility and are the ideal materials for making enginepistons.
