氢化钛-铝混合粉机械合金化研究 被引量:2

MECHANICAL ALLOYING OF TITANIUM HYDRIDE AND ALUMINUM PODER MIXTURES

摘要 用SEM,XRD,DTA方法研究了氢化铁与铝的混合粉在搅拌球磨过程中粉末的形貌和物相变化。实验结果表明,球磨48h后出现非晶化,氢化钛可以降低球磨初始阶段的过分冷焊现象,在搅拌球磨过程中氢化钛发生脱氢反应,脱氢后的Ti易与球磨气氛中残余氮气形成氮化物。 The morphology and phase structure evolution of titanium hydride and aluminum pow-der mixtures during the milling has been investigated with SEM, XRD and DTA. It is shownthat TiAl amorphous phase appears after 48 hours of milling;the degree of cold welding be-tween particles in the initial stage is reduced compared with that for Ti-Al powder mixtures;the dehydrogenation reaction has taken place during milling and that the dehydrogenized Tican form nitride easilv with residual air in the canister.
