摘要
在后藤佐吉开发的热力学平衡模型的基础上,引进了氧效率系数和热损失参数,以修正实际贵溪闪速炉造锍熔炼过程与理想的热力学平衡体系的偏差,用逐步回归分析的方法,由大量工业生产数据拟合出的氧效率系数和热损失参数,求得了两者的回归关系式,从而建立了贵溪闪速炉铜锍熔炼过程的热力学模型。
Based on the“Model of Goto”two variables,the coefficient of oxygen efficiency and theparameter of heat loss , were introduced to modifv the deviation between the actual Guixiflash furnace process for copper matte smelting and the ideal thermodynamic equilibrium sys-tem. A step-by-step regresson analysis for each variable was used to get an equation for thetwo variables from a large number of production data , and the thermodvnamic model ofGuixi flash furnace process for copper matte smelting has been established by the authors.
