摘要
对常用极压剂二乙基二硫化物、氯化石蜡、磷酸三甲苯酯以及二烷基二硫代磷酸锌与C12~C18脂肪醇、脂肪酸、脂肪酸酯油性剂复合的油膜强度和摩擦因数进行测试,查明了它们复合后在增强承载能力上的增效性和对不同摩擦副减摩作用方面的增效性,为研制润滑荆对极压剂、油性剂的选择和配伍提供了依据。
Oil film strength and friction coefficient of complex additives were separately measuredwith four-ball wear test machine and pin-plate wear test instrument. These complex addi-tives were compounds of commonly used extreme pressure agents and oily agents that werediethide disulphide, chlorinated paraffin,o-tricresyl phosphate, zinc dialkyldithiophosphateand C12~C18 fatty alcohols, fatty acids, fatty acid formates, The effects of synergistic en-hancement of complex additives in bearing capacity and friction-reducing ability have beenbrought to light, which can provide basis for choosing and compounding extreme pressureagents and oily agents as lubricant is prepared.
