摘要 通过亚铁灵比色法影响因素、矿浆转化条件的研究以及溶液化学的计算,改进了矿浆中黑药的测试方法.指出硝基苯与三氯甲烷都是亚铁灵试剂与金属离子对的有效萃取剂,最大吸收峰分别在514,519nm处;前者比后者草取能力更强;试料中硫离子浓度为10-6~10-2mol/L时,pH值应控制在2.5~6.0之间;矿浆试样必须首先用硫化钠转化后再萑萃取比色,以达到测试准确;黑药测定的浓度范围为1~70mg/L. The analysis methods of aerofloat in the sulphide pulps were improved through investi-gating the affecting faetors of ferroin colorimetric analysis, the changing conditions of sul-phide pulps and the solution chemical calculations. It was ascertained that nitrobenzen andtricchloromethane were efficient extractants for ionpair of ferrion and aerofloat,and the ut-most absorbtion peakes occured at 514 nm, 519 nm, respectively. The former had strongerextractability than the latter; when the sulphide ions content in sample was 10-6~10-2 mol/L, the pH value of the sample should be controlled in the range of 2.5~6; the pulp shouldbe changed by sodium sulphide before extraction; the analysable range of aerofloat was 1~70 mg/L.
