对喷雾机卸压系统的改进设计

The Improvement Design on the Unloading Pressure System of Spraying Machines

本文针对现有喷雾机存在皮碗容易损坏、易跳闸熄火的原因进行了分析，提出了用液压控制自动卸压装置取代原手动机控卸压的设想．并对此自动卸压装置的工作原理及设计计算进行了探讨．证明此改进设计可行，可以应用于生产实践．

This paper analyses the trouble that the present spraying machines are apt to switch off unexpectedly,and the cause that the seal cups are essy to break. An idea of replacing the hand control unloading pressure device with an automatic unloading pressure device is presented.And the working principle and design method of the replacement are probed.The improvement design proves to be feasible and the automatic unloading pressure system can be applied to practical production.
