葛根及川芎对动物学习记忆的影响

EFFECT IF GEGEN AND CHUANXIONG ON LEARNING AND MEMORY IN MICE

用跳台法观察葛根和川芎水煎剂对动物学习记忆的影响，结果表明：葛根水煎剂（５０和３０ｇ／ｋｇ，ｐｏ）及川芎水煎剂（５０ｇ／ｋｇ，ｐｏ）可以对抗东莨菪碱所造成的小鼠记忆获得障碍；葛根水煎剂（５０和３０ｇ／ｋｇ，ｐｏ）及川芎水煎剂（５０ｇ／ｋｇ，ｐｏ）可以对抗４０％乙醇所造成的小鼠记忆再现障碍；葛根水煎剂（５０ｇ／ｋｇ，ｐｏ）还能对抗ＮａＮｏ＿２所造成的小鼠记忆巩固障碍，而川芎水煎剂对小鼠记忆巩固障碍无明显影响。

The effects of Gegen decoction and Chuanxiong decoction on the memory facil- itation in mice were investigated by using the step down test. The results showed thatGegen(50 g/kg , 30 g/kg , po),and Chuanxiong(50 g/kg , po ) could combat the impair-ment of acquisition of memory produced by scopolamine(SCPL) ,Gegen decoction(50g/kg, 30 g/kg,po)and Chuanxiong(50 g/kg, po) could reduce the deficit of retrievalof memory induced by 40%alcohol ; and Gegen decoction(50 g/kg,po)also reduced thedisruption of consolidation of memory caused by sodium nitrite,But Chuangxiong decoc-tion could not combat the disruption of consolidation of memory caused by NaNO_2.
