摘要
先天性肺动脉瓣狭窄手术治疗２１例，无手术死亡，无并发症。随诊６～１１４个月，平均５８．８个月，效果优良。本文就经皮肺动脉瓣成形术和外科手术的治疗地位进行了讨论。
Twenty
one cases with congenital pulmonary valve stenosis repaired from Dec.
1984 to Dec. 1993.There were no operative death and complications.
The mean follow-up was 58.8 months(range,6 to 114 months)and the
effect of surgical treatment was ex-cellent.Percutaneous transluminal
balloon valvuloplasty has obtained good result ,but it cannot
substitute for surgical treatment.
