摘要
对１３１例剖宫产后再次妊娠分娩进行回顾性分析。结果显示：有７３例再次剖宫产，占５５．７％；阴道试产８８例，阴道分娩５８例，成功率６５．９％，无子宫疤痕破裂，无围产儿死亡。提示：严格掌握首次剖宫产指征是降低再次剖宫产率的关键，应为剖宫产后再次妊娠创造适合阴道试产的机会。
AbstractThe differential changes of β-adrenoceptors density in circulating lymphocytes in 30 pa- tients with acute myocardial infarction treated were studied by bisoprolol the results suggest- ed that the β-adrenoceptors density in lymphocytes after 3 months may shed light on benifit of continuing bisoprolol treatment. The increased β-adrenoceptors density suggests that biso- prolol may be useful for this patients. If the β-adrenoceptors density in lymphocytes shows no change,the bisoprolol may be useless f
