我国果胶生产技术进展

Progress of production technology of pectin in China

本文从果胶品种、质量、产量、生产工艺和应用等方面综述了我国近年来果胶生产技术进展,评述了果胶生产技术和产品质量存在的问题,以及解决这些问题的对策。笔者认为,果胶具有广阔发展前景、适合乡镇企业生产。

The article gives a comprehensive description of technological progress of pectin in China has made in the recent years in the varieties and quality of products,the production,the technology and application. A review is also made on problems existing in production techniques and product quality and the policy for solving these problems. It is the author's view that pectin has a bright prospect and is suitable for the production by the township enterprises.
