A survey of safety measures in chemical productirm abroad

安全管理、安全技术和安全教育是安全工作三大支柱。在国外先进工业国家中,计算机技术已成为安全管理的主要工具,而我国仍处在传统安全管理阶段。为此,作者提出六点建议。

Safety management, safety technique and safety education are three component parts of the safety system in the chemical industry. In the industrially developed countries computers are used widely as major instruments for safety managemerit, while in China it is still at the stage of conventional management.
