国外化工环保现状及对策

Environmental protection status quo and related measures in chemical industry abroad

80年代初期,各工业化国家化工“三废”污染已经基本解决。研究的重点已从传统污染物(SO_X、NO_X、COD、BOD)的治理向防治有害废物、有毒化学品、恶性安全事故造成的污染方向转移。本文介绍了国外工业化国家化工环保现状和解决化工污染的主要措施。

In early 80's the industrialized countries basically solved the environmental pollution problems caused by tbe'three wastes'of tbe cbemical industry. Now the emphasis of research on environmental protection has been shifted from the treatment of conventional pollutants to that of hazardous chemicals, toxic chemicals and malignant accidents.
