血清透明质酸和Ⅲ型前胶原在各型肝病中的临床价值

The Clinical Value of Determining Serumal Hyaluronic Acid and Precollagen Type Ⅲ in Patients with Liver Diseases

近年来,肝病研究的重点之一就是探索和寻找无创伤性的肝纤维化的诊断指标。我们检测了127例急、慢性肝炎、肝硬化及无症状乙肝表面抗原携带者(ASC)的血清透明质酸(HA)和血清Ⅱ型前胶原(hPCⅡ)的含量,现将结果报告如下。

The level of serumal hyaluronic acid (HA) and precollagen typeⅢ(PC Ⅲ ) were deter-mined.in 127 patients with acute hepqtitis (AH),chronic hepatitis,cirhosis and asymptomatic HBsAg carrier (ASC). The results showed that: ①the level in ASC had not difference with normal people; ②the level in AH and patients with chronic persistent hepatitis (CPH) were significantly higher than normal group (P<0. 05) ;③the level in patients were very signifi-cantly higher than normal group (P<0. 01); ④the level of HA and PC Ⅲ are helpful index to judge the severity degree of hepatic fibrosis and to do the differential diagnosis between CPH and CAH.
