摘要
本文报道了金线莲(Anoectochilus roxburghii)原球茎的诱导方法。除培养基及添加激素等组织培养条件外,不同产地和不同部位的外植体是影响诱导金线莲产生原球茎的关键因素。
The article reports the induction methods of protocorm of Anoectochilus by tissue culture. The results show that media and hormones as well as explants from different places and parts are key factors to the protocorm induction.
