斑海马提取物抗血栓药理研究

Studies of Anti-thrombosis Effect of Extract from Hippocampus trimaculatus

本文研究斑海马(Hippocampus trimaculatus Leach)甲醇提取物(HT)抗血栓药理作用,结果表明,HT能明显抑制大鼠实验性颈动脉血栓和大鼠脑血栓的形成,提示HT具明显的抗血栓作用。

The experiments show that the extract(HT) from Hippocampus trimaculatus Leach can inhibit rat experimental thrombosis and rat cerbral thrombosis. These results show that HT has anti-thrombosis effect.
