云宝生发灵的生发作用研究

Effects of Yun Bao Sheng Fa Ning (YBSFN) on Hair Growth

云宝生发灵为临床有效的纯中药生发育发制剂,对化学性脱毛小鼠涂抹试验表明,一日给药2次及4次,连续16天,可见体毛生长速度加快,脱毛区体毛生长评分显著高于对照组,相同体表面积内体毛重量及毛囊数增加,涂药区真皮厚度亦增加。本品对小鼠及家兔大剂量多次涂抹无局部刺激性及全身反应,可认为是一种安全有效的促进毛发生长剂。

YBSFN is a Chinese herb preparation of complex prescription. Its effects on hair regrowth in mice which removed abdominal hair by Na2S were investigated. YBSFN showed promoting effects on hair regrowth in mice, when it applied topically. It could increase hair weight and numbers of hair follicles. There was no topical irritation and absorption toxicity on mice and rabits.
