Studies on Chinese Gallnuts for Increasing Yield

五倍子为东南亚特产,中国以量多质优而闻名。1985～1992年在中国五倍子产区资源调查基础上,进行了增产技术研究。提出了春季看藓定地、植树护藓;夏秋成熟采倍、留种放蚜;倍子生长期喷施保护剂和营养剂;冬季修剪整形、矮化倍树等行之有效的增产技术措施。

Chinese gallnut is a special product in South-east Asia, but also famous for its high yield and best quality produced in China. A wide field survey of its resources was carried out from 1985 through 1992, covering those areas where Rhus are distributed and Chinese gallnuts produued. Also,technique aimed at its mass reproduction was also studies.Through the investigations for nearly eight years, a series of efficient technology and raising yield of Chinese gallnuts has been achieved: select the base of Chinese gallnuts according to moss, plant Rhus in spring; breed moss, collect mature gallnuts, spray protective agent and nutrient during its growing period; and prune in winter.
