摘要
用无性繁殖法扦插育苗的黄芩Scutellaria baicalensis,在加强田间管理条件下,不但产量高,而且有效成分黄芩甙(C_(21)H_(18)O_(11))达13.4%,超过《中国药典》不低于4%的规定,也高过有性繁殖和野生样品。
The yield of Scutellaria baicalensis with cuttage can be increased. And 13.4% Scut-ellarin in the plant can be obtained, which go beyond the scopc of China Pharmacopoeia quota 4%, the content of Scutellarin is higher than that of sexual reproduction and wild samples.
