摘要
从土茯苓中分得2个单体化合物,经光谱分析分别鉴定为3,5,4’—三羟基芪(Ⅰ)和(-)表儿茶精(Ⅱ),这两个化合物系首次从该植物中分离得到。并通过2维核磁共振相关谱准确地指定了这两个化合物的碳氢归属。
The studies on the chemical constituents of Smilax glabra led to the isolation of E-3,5,4',-trihydroxyl-dibenyl ethylene and Epicatechol. Their structures were deduced on the comprehensive spectral analysis. The two compounds were first obtained from the plant.
