山光杜鹃化学成分的研究

Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Rhododendron oreodoxa

从甘肃产的山光杜鹃Rhododendron oreodoxa planch的地上部分分离得到五个单体化合物,经光谱解析和理化鉴别,确定了它们的结构,分别为白桦甙(1),木藜芦毒素-Ⅰ(2),木藜芦毒素-Ⅳ(3),5、6-异丙叉木藜芦毒素-Ⅰ(4),5、6-异丙叉木藜芦毒素-Ⅳ(5)。其中(4)和(5)为次生新化合物。

Five compounds were isolated from the acetic ether extract of stems and leaves of R. oreodoxa. On the basis of spectral analysis and chemical evidence, their structures were identified respectively as betuloside (1), grayanotoxin-I ( I ), grayanotoxin -Ⅳ (3), 5,6 -acetonyl-grayanotoxin -I (4),5. 6-acetonyl-grayanotoxin-Ⅳ (5).(4) and (5) of them were secondary new products.
