摘要
ｉｇ２５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ和５００ｍｇ／ｋｇ克泻定可抑制小鼠小肠蠕动；５．６×１０－４，１．１×１０－３，２．２×１０－３克泻定可抑制离体兔回肠的收缩节率。５．６×１０－４、２．２×１０－３克泻定有对抗１０－６或１０－５Ａｃｈ兴奋离体兔肠平滑肌的作用；小鼠口服克泻定的ＬＤ５０大于１０ｇ／ｋｇ；长期毒性试验未见克泻定对大鼠产生毒性作用。
The peristalsis of mouse small intestine was inhibited by ig 250mg/kg and 500mg/kgKexieding. Contractile rhythm of isolated ileum smooth muscle of rabbits was depressed by 5.6×10-4,1.1×10-3 and 2.2×10-3 Kexieding, and the muscle stimulation induced by 10-6 and 10-5 aeetylcholineor 1.1×10-5 histamine was completely or partly antagonized by 5.6×10-4 and 2.2×10-3 Kexieding,LD50 of ig Kexieding in mice was greater than 10g/kg. No toxicity was observed by long-teim toxicitytest in rats.
