东方病毒清抗病毒作用的研究

A Study on the Antiviral Effect of Dongfang Antivirus Capsule

从体内外抗病毒实验对东方病毒清的抗病毒作用进行了研究。结果表明：在组织培养细胞上，对所试９种病毒株中的８种，均有明显的延缓病毒致细胞病变作用。体内试验表明，该药对流感病毒引起的小鼠肺炎实变有明显的抑制作用，而且能显著地抑制流感病毒在肺内的增殖量。与正常对照组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），从而进一步证实了其抗病毒作用。

The antiviral effect of Dongfang Antivirus Capsule was studied in vitro and in vivo.The cell culture study showed that the capsule can markedly delay the cellular pathogenic effect of 8 outof 9 viral strains. The study in vivo showed that the capsule can remarkably counteract the pathologicchange of the pneumonia induced by mfluenza virus in mice and decrease the multiplication of the virusin the lung. The difference was significant as compared with the normal control group (P<0.01). Theantiviral effect in further identified.
