摘要
救迷断瘾丸系纯中药组成的复方制剂，不含阿片类药物。实验表明，该药能明显抑制吗啡依赖小鼠的跳跃反应，能明显减轻和抑制大鼠自然戒断和催促后的戒断症状。提示救迷断瘾丸对吗啡成瘾患者有一定的治疗作用。
Jiumi Duanyin Pill (JDP)
is a pure herbal preparation free of oplates. Expenmental studiesshowed that JDp can
successfully inhibit the dumping response in mice challenged with nalorphine, andsuppress the
abstinence syndrome of morphinc-dependent rats induced by nalorphine or morphine with-drawal.
the substitute therapeutic effect of methadone in morphine-dependent rats appeared rapidly
whileJDP has a mild and slow therapeutic effect .
