补天饮治疗肾阳虚证321例临床观察

Butianyin for the Treatment of Kidney-yang Deficiency Syndrome:A Clinical Observation of 321 Cases

采用补天饮治疗以腰膝酸软、疲倦乏力、形寒肢冷为主要症状的肾阳虚证３２１例，以益寿蛇酒为对照，观察肾阳虚患者用药前后症状积分值的变化。经二个疗程的治疗，结果表明补天饮组显效率为６１．７％，益寿蛇酒组为３８．９％。将两组用药前后症状积分下降平均值进行ｔ检验，Ｐ＜０．０１。

cases of kidney-yang deficiency syndronie were treated by Butianyin (25ml, po, bidfor 28d), and a control group treated with Snake Wine for Longevity (25ml, po, bid for 28d) was comparcd.The markedly effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 61.70% and 38.90% respec-tively (P<0.05). It is concluded that Butiaityin is effective for kidney-yang deficiency syndrome.
