摘要
报道３个剂量滋肾通脉中药安脂舒粉治疗性给药７ｄ，对食饵性高脂血症大鼠血脂和肝脏脂质的影响。结果表明安脂舒粉能明显降低高ＴＣ血症大鼠血中ＴＣ和ＡＩ水平，降低肝脏ＴＣ和ＴＧ的含量，对血液粘度和红细胞聚集指数有降低趋势。其调脂机理与影响外源性脂质代谢和肝脏脂质代谢有关。
The effect of Anzhishu Powder (AP) on dietetic hyperlipidemia in rats was studied. APwas given orally at the dosages of 32g/kg, 24g/kg and 18g/kg respectively for 7 days and clofibrate at a dailydosage of 480mg/kg as compared. It was found that the AP reduced markedly the plasnia level of totalcholesterol (TC), the atherosclerosis index (AI, TC-HDL-C/HDL-C) and liver TC and TG levels. Themechanism of AP for lipid regulation may be related to its influence on exogenous lipid metabolism andliver lipid metabolism .
