舒心宝治疗心气虚模型动物的实验研究

An Experimental Study on Su Xin Bao for Animal Model with Deficiency of Heart-Qi

报导实验性心气虚证家兔的多因素造型方法，用高脂饮食、免疫定向损伤、多次少量放血能确切地造成心气虚家兔模型。用舒心宝液治疗心气虚证的模型动物，能减少动物活动异常，舌淡或有瘀点等症状。与模型对照组比较，Ｐ均小于０．０５。并能改善血液流变学，提高心搏出血量。

The rabbit model with deficiency of heart-qi was established by high fat diet, directionalimmunity damage and repeated bloodletting in sinall amount. In the model rabbits treated with Su Xin Bao,the symptoms of abnormal activity, pale tongue and blood stasis were alleviated, the difference beingsignificant as compared with the control group (P<0.05). It was shown that Su Xin Bao can improve thehemorheologic findings and increase the cardiac output.
