蝙蝠葛酚性碱的抗心律失常作用 被引量:32

摘要 用哇巴因致豚鼠心律失常、乌头碱致大鼠心律失常、电刺激致兔室颤、大鼠冠脉结扎致复灌性心律失常模型证实蝙蝠葛酚性碱具剂量依赖性的抗室性心律失常作用;用氟化钙一乙酰胆碱致小鼠房颤模型,结果提示蝙蝠葛酚性碱具有抗房性心律失常作用。离体试验显示蝙蝠葛酚性碱具有浓度依赖性延长豚鼠心室乳头肌APD_(50)、APD_(90)和ERP以及降低APA、减馒V_(max)的作用。 The antiarrhythmic effects of phenolic alkaloids of Menispermum Dauricum (PAMD) were evaluatedin animal models. LD50 of PAMD in mice were 36mg/kg (iv) and 596mg/kg (ig), respectively.PAMD showed antiarrhythmic eiTects on (1) ouabain-induced ventricular arrhythmia in guinea pigs, (2) aconitine-induced ventricular arrhythmia in guinca pigs, (2) aconitine-induced ventricular arrhythmia in rats, (3) CaCl2-Ach-in-duced atrial fibrillation (flutter)in mice, (4) electrical ventricular fibrillation threshold in rabbits, and (5)thearrhythmias induced by myocardial reperfusion in rats.The electrophysiological effect of PAMD on guinca pig papillary muscle demonstrated that APD50, APD90and ERP were prolonged, APA and Vmax were reduced in a concentration-dependent way.Compared with dauricine at the equitoxic doses, the anti-arrhythmic effect of PAMD was similar.
