摘要
石榴皮水提液急性毒性试验结果显示，大鼠口服给药ＬＤ＿（５０）为４．７８５ｇ／ｋｇ；小鼠腹腔给药ＬＤ＿（５０）。为７９９．９９ｍｇ／ｋｇ。生殖毒性试验无致突变作用和致畸现象。作为局部阴道给药的石榴皮栓剂，药物吸收量小，毒性程度更低，且长期毒性多指标观察未见明显毒性反应。局部短期和长期刺激试验提示，中、小剂量石榴皮栓剂对阴道粘膜无影响，可推荐临床应用。
The acute toxicity test of the aqueous extract of Pericarpium Granati showed that LD50 in rat(po) is4785mg/kg and that in mice (ip) is 799.99mg/kg. Reproductivc toxicity tcst showed that no mutagcnic nor tcratogeniceffect was elicited. As a vaginal suppository, the absorbable dose is smaller and the toxic effect lower,and on obvious toxicreaction is seen through a lcng period of observation with multiple toxicity indexes. The short-term and long-term irrita-tion test elucidated that the moderate and little dosages of Pericarpium Granati suppository do not daniage the vaginalmucosa in rats, and isavailable for clinical application.
