摘要
对甲低组（切除甲状腺）、中药组（切除甲状腺后灌服温肾助阳复方煎剂）和对照组（甲状腺假手术）３组实验兔血清皮质酮水平进行了昼夜多时点动态观测。实验结果示甲低组血清皮质酮水平无明显降低，中药组较甲低级和对照组高；３组峰值时相互不相同。
The serum corticosterone levels in three groups of rabbits were observed dynam-ically for 26 hours, the thyroidectomized rabbits as group 1, the thyroidectomized rabbitstreated with Yang-Tonifying herbs as group 2 and the pseudothyroidiectomized rabbits asgroup 3 for control. The results indicated that (1) the serum corticosterone level of group 1was not lower than that of group 3, (2) the serum corticosterone level of group 2 was higherremarkably than that of group 3, and (3) the phase of peak value of serum corticosteronewas different among three groups.
