摘要
观察新的调节异常血脂药物血脂康治疗高脂血症８４例（其中伴有动脉粥样硬化５６例），对照药为绞股兰片。结果表明．血脂康治疗高脂血症的总显效率为７６．２％．总有效率为９１．７％。与对照组比较差异有非常显著性（Ｐ＜０．００１）。
The effects of Xue Zhi Kang (XZK) capsule, a newly produced agent used foradjusting blood lipids, on hyperlipidemia were studied. Eighty-four cases (56 of which wereconcomitant with atherosclerosis) were observed, with Jiao Gu Lan as control. The resultsshowed that the higher the levels of TC and TG, the more significant was the lowering effectof XZK capsule. Meanwhile, the lower the level of HDLC, the niore significant was its in-creasing effect. The markedly effective rate was 76. 2% and the total effective rate gl. 7%.There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0. 001) . It is suggested thatXZK capsule has a definite effect on hyperlipidemia.
