对慢性细菌性痢疾和慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎腹泻患者98例,自拟秦皮止泻汤随症加减,采用肛门滴入法给药,治愈79例,治愈率为80.6％;好转18例,好转率18.4％;总有效率达99％。

98 cases of chronic bacillary dysentery and non- specific chronic colitis were treated with self- formulated Qinpi Zhixie Decoction, modified with different syndromes, through anal dripping. 79 cases were cured, the cured rate being 80. 6%; 18 cases, representing 18. 4%, were improved. The total effective rate was 99%.
