摘要
对不同温度仓库内贮藏的杂交水稻(汕优63)种子作发芽率、幼苗长度、活力指数及电导率测定,并将种子活力与种子胚部细胞超微结构观察相结合进行研究。结果表明,贮藏温度极易影响杂交水稻种子活力衰退。在常温库内,杂交水稻种子活力衰退同膜结构的变化,特别是线粒体的损伤关系密切。低温库内,种子仍然保持了高活力,膜结构几乎未见损伤。
Eeffect of store temperature in hybrid rice on seed vigor and embryo cell ultrastructure was studied by testing germination percentage, seedling sprout length, vigor index and electrical conductivity value, and observing cell ultrastructure. The results shown that store temperature was very easy to influence the seed vigor and to make it degenerae. At normal temperature storage. the degeneration of seed vigor was closely relative to the variation of cell membrance ultra structure, especially the injury of mitochondrion. At low temperature storage, the seed vigor kept higher level and the injury of cell membrance ultrastructure didn't be almost found.
