摘要
应用肺腺癌细胞株A549作为靶细胞,探讨LAK细胞与抗癌药物协同杀伤肿瘤细胞的作用。浓度为10μg/ml~0.155μg/ml的丝裂霉C、阿霉素、顺铂3种抗瘤药物作用于A549细胞24或4小时以后,再加入LAK细胞并用乳酸脱氢酶释放法测定细胞毒作用。结果显示,丝裂霉素不改变细细胞对LAK细胞的敏感性、阿霉素的作用可随浓度增加使LAK细胞对肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用增强。而顺铂则在特定浓度显示与LAK细胞有协同作用。
Using the lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549 as targeted cell,we have studied the synergetic effect of LAK cell and three antitumor druges:MMC,ADM,CDDP.A549 cell was treated with the three different drugrs for 4 or 24 hours in a series of concentrations from 10μg/ml to 0.155μg/ml by seven half dilution,and then the cytotoxity of LAK cell to targeted cell was measured by LDH release.The results show that MMC has no effect on sensitivity of A549 cell to LAK cell,ADM can increase the sensitivity of A549 related to its concentration,CDDP and LAK cell have obvious synergetic effect,which is related to the special concentration of CDDP.
