赖氨匹林对100例癌痛的镇痛作用

Analgesic effect of lysinipinum in cancer pain

作者用国产解热镇痛新药赖氨匹林（Ｌｙｓｉｎｉｐｉｎｕｍ）治疗了１００例癌痛患者。有效率，完全有效率分别为９４％和２９％；显著有效率（明显加完全有效）为８２％。中数起效时间１５分钟．中数镇痛时间６．９小时。麻醉性镇痛剂治疗史明显影响赖氨匹林镇痛效果（Ｐ＜０．０５），疼痛时间，疼痛程度则无明显影响，仅有２９例出现轻中度出汗，未见其它不良反应。

A total of 100 patients with cancer pain were treated with a domestic new analgesic drug-Lysinipinum.The responserate, compoete response rate was 94% and 29% respectively. The remarkable response rate (obvious plus complete) was 82 %. The median time for onset of drug effectwas 15 minutes and the duration fo analgesic effect was 6. 9 hours. The previoushistory of using narcotic analgesics for cancer pain obviously influenced the aneigesic effect of the Lysinipinum (P<0. 05) but the duration and degree of the pain which the patient experienced did not. The main adverse reaction was sweating of slight and moderate degree in 29 patients.
