Abstract We treat brain tumor with Java brucea Oil-emulsion and studed pathological micro-structurechanges of tumor cells in clinic.Tumor cells have obvious changes.Glocose of tumor cytoplasmis sparse,organ of cytoplasm is decrease and some was occupied by dense electron substances.Themitochondias are swellen and coagulate dense electron. Substances can be seen in necleus,Wholecell complete denaturation,necrosis,and disappear.
