原发性肝癌患者动注化疗前后T细胞亚群变化研究

The effect or intraarterial chemotherapy on t-cell subsets in patients with primary liver cancer

应用ＡＢＣ法动态检测６８例原发性肝癌患者动注化疗（ＩＡＣ）前后外周血Ｔ细胞亚群变化。发现化疗后第１、２疗程Ｔ４／Ｔ８比值均显著高于首次化疗，但第３、５疗程后是Ｔ４细胞下降，Ｔ８细胞增高，与首次ＩＡＣ前比，无明显差异，停化疗半年Ｔ细胞亚群基本恢复至首次化疗前水平；同时，ＣＲ及ＰＲ者Ｔ４／Ｔ８比值亦明显高于进展者。表明ＩＡＣ疗程似乎影响宿主的细胞免疫功能。如能合理控制化疗周期，调整化疗剂量，联合应用生物学反应调节剂，可望进一步提高肿瘤ＩＡＣ的远期疗效。

The peripheral blood T-cell subsets of 68 patients with primary liver cancers(PLC)were evaluated using ABC staining during intraarterial chemotherapy (IAC).The T4/T8 ration of PLCpatients increased significantly after 1-2 courses of IAC, while T4 cells declined and T8 cells increased after 3-5 courses of IAC.Moreover,the T4/T8 ration of complete remission and partialremission ptients was markedly higher than those of advanced patients.The results suggests thatcourses of IAC seem to have influence on the cellular immune function of cancer patients,andtherefore,the optimalcontrol of chemotherapeutic dose and period, the co-adminstration of biological response modifiers should be advocated during LAC to improve long-term effects of IAC.
