鼻咽癌颈N_3淋巴结转移的纵隔预防性放射治疗

Mediastinal Preventive Radiotherapy in the Patients with N3 Cervical Lymph Node Metastasis of Nasopharyngeal Carclnoma

本文报告１９９１年１月～１９９２年２月收治鼻咽癌颈Ｎ_３淋巴结转移４１例，随机分成加纵隔预防性照射２１例（预防组），常规照射２０例（对照组），预防组纵隔照射ＤＴ５０ＧＹ／５周，观察预防组远处转移控制率。随访１年半至２年，预防组远处转移率２８．６％（６／２１），对照组４５％（９／２０），经统计学处理两组无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。

From January 1991 to February 1992, 41 patients with N3 cervical lymph node metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were treated.The patients were randomized into mediastinal preventive radiation(prevention group)(21 patients)and coventionl radiation(contral group)(20 patients).Mediastinal preventive radiation treatment was 50Gy/5wk.At 1. 5 to 2 year's followup survey,the rate of distance metastasis in two groups were 28. 6% (6/12) and 45%(9/20)(P>0.05).There was no statistical significance in the differences between these two groups.
