骨肉瘤相关抗原的初步分离、纯化与分析

Preliminary Isolation, purification and Identification of osteosarcoma Associated Antigen

本文采用高渗氯化钾抽提法和免疫吸附法从人骨肉瘤（ＯＳ）组织中初步分离纯化出了一种骨肉瘤相关抗原（ＯＳＡＡ），经ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ、免疫印渍分析及糖蛋白染色，证实该抗原系分子量为５７ＫＤ的糖蛋白，并命名为Ｏｇｐ５７。经抗原检测和比较分析，初步认为Ｏｇｐ５７有可能是一种新的ＯＳＡＡ。

An osteosarcoma associated antigen (OSAA) was partially purified from human osteosarcoma tissue by means of hypertonic potassium chloride extract and immunoaffinity chromatogrphy. The OSAA was demonstrated as a glycoprotein with a molecular weight of 57 KD by the analyses of sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacylamide gel electrophoresis, westen blotting and periodic .acid-schiff reagent staining, and called it Ogp57. Following the antigen assay and comparing with the known related antigens, we suggest the Ogp57 may be a novel OSAA.
