抗癌中成药平消片加放射治疗食管癌106例随机分析

Radiotherapy combined with cooperative ping xiao piece in the treatment of esophageal cancer

１９８５年至１９８８年收治食管癌１０６例，随机分为两组，放射加平消片组５３例，单纯放疗组５３例。两组外照射剂量为６５～７０Ｇｙ。平消片口服，每次６片，一日三次，与放射治疗同时进行。放疗加平消片组随访率为９４．３％，１、３、５年生存率分别为４９．０％，３２．１％和１８．９％，单纯放射组随访率为９２．４％，１、３、５年生存率分别为３９．６％，１７．０％和９．４％，两组经统计学处理有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。

patients with esophageal cancer were randomized into two groups from 1985 to 1988. of whom, 53 patients were treated by radiation plas ping xiao piece (Group 1) and the other 53 patients by radiation alone (Group 2). Tumor dose of 65～70Gy Was given to Group 1 and Group 2. By mouth, 6 Piece each time, threr times daily, It be used with along the radiotherapy in group 1.The 5-year follow up rate was 94. 3% in group 1 and 92. 4% in group 2. The 1-, 5, 5-year survival rate was 49. 0%, 32. 1 % and 18. 9% in group 1, 39. 6%, 17. 0% and 9. 4% in group 2 (P <0. 05), respectively.
