糖类抗原CA50放射免疫抑制试验在肿瘤诊断中的价值

The Diagnostic Value of the Carbohydrate Antigen CA50 on the Malignant Tumors

本文报道我院用ＣＡ５０ＩＲＭＡ测定４５名正常人和２０１树非肿瘤患者及３．３６例恶性肿瘤患者血清ＣＡ５０含量。正常值为＜２０ｋｕ／Ｌ，肝癌、肠癌、肺癌的ＣＡ５０值明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），阳性率分别为７９．１％（５３／６７）、３６．４％（１６／４４）、３４．９％（２９／８３）。从初步研究结果显示，ＣＡ５０值的测定对恶性肿瘤的诊断有一定的价值。

The carbohydrate antigen CA50 was examined in serum level of 45 normal persons, 201 patients with benign diseases and 336 patients with malignannt tumor by immumoradiometric assay (IRMA). The results showed that the mean CA50 value in the patients with liver cancer,colon cancer and lung cancer was much higher then that in the nomal control group (P<0. 01). Taking 20 ku/L as the upper limit of nomal range, the positive rate were 79.1 % (53/67) of patients with liver cancer. 36. 4% (16/44) in colon cancer, 34. 9% (29/83) in lung cancer. From these results, we concluded that the measurement of level of serum CA50 may be an useful marker for malignant tumors diagnosis.
