摘要
用FT-IR、UV-Vis和XPS等分子光谱和电子能谱方法研究了铜在Fe(CN)溶液中的腐蚀过程,表面膜的形成及其改性。结果表明,腐蚀膜主要由(CN)6(大量)和(CN)6(少量)组成,并夹杂有K4Fe(CN)6和K3Fe(CN)6.
FT-IR、UV-Vis and XPS spectroscopic methods were used for studying the corrosion processes、film formation and improvement of copper in Fe(CN)solution. The resultsshown that the corrosion film is essentially composed of CuFe(CN)6and a little Cu(CN)6,K4Pe(CN)6 and K3Pe(CN)6 are also found in the film,especially in its surface layer.
